We would analyse your current operational methods, and via discussion and models identify the areas for improvement and then in
conjunction with the relative departments implement and monitor improvement.
Training
Our training is either standard or bespoke depending on the specific requirements, (this can be either certifiable or in-house)
and is often carried out at the work place, our training areas include hygiene, production kitchen work practises, management of
hygiene systems, operational training and health and safety.
Health and Hygiene
Our consultants carry out health and hygiene audits in the workplace or hotel and assess the risks involved in the operation,
training to staff in these areas can be provided.
Auditing
We carry out regular auditing out our clients to provide due diligence. The areas we cover are hygiene auditing, quality
assurance auditing, holiday excursion auditing, site hygiene and supplier auditing.
